1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods or seasonal holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with verified international suppliers and fulfillment centers to deliver your items directly to your doorstep, allowing us to maintain a curated selection and competitive pricing.

Standard Shipping: Free of charge for all standard orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 7–15 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and the specific supplier's fulfillment warehouse.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, logistics congestion, or regional carrier transit disruptions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has left the fulfillment facility. The tracking number will typically become active within 48 hours.
Because items may be dispatched from different specialized supplier facilities, products within a multi-item order may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
5. Damages and Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if a package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at sales@workshelf.co.uk. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or returned to the supplier due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
